George papa of Perth, Western Australia was photographed marching on ANZAC Day, Perth in 2013. It is clear that he served as a National Serviceman and in the Army Reserves from the tin medals he is wearing in the photo below.
However, he did not serve in the Army Reserves to be awarded the Reserve Force medal, which is for 15 years service. Papa, to embellish his military service has purchased an unofficial medal to show that he did serve in the Citizen Military Forces. He has also purchased an unofficial National Service Medal and he still wears that, even though he has been awarded the official National Service Medal.
The medals he is wearing from left to right are;
Australian Defence Medal. (entitled)
Anniversary of National Service Medal. (1951-1972) (entitled)
Citizen Military Forces Medal. (CMF) (not entitled self-purchased unofficial medal)
National Service Medal 1951-72. (not entitled self-purchased unofficial medal)
George Papa, for your lack of respect to other servicemen and women and the protocols of wearing medals you have earned a right to appear on this site.
This is published in the public interest, veterans of all conflicts, in particular that of the Vietnam Veteran Community. All information presented here is fact and the truth. Reports from the private citizens are supported by statement of fact and statutory declarations.

Bradley Mark Parfitt was born on the 2 November, 1959. Parfitt is a "Grandstander" First Class. When we talk about wannabees, this gunslinging secret former Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) Rambo is high on the list.
He has performed highly top secret duties that he cannot talk about because of the "Official Secrets Act". But like most idiotic wanabees, he talks about them anyway! What other way is there to get your story out there.
The above photograph shows Parfitt, the gunslinger. This photograph was apparently taken in Iraq where he performed some form of security work as a civilian.
His Linked in page indicates that he trained thousands of Iraqi Police as part of his 78 million dollar fifteen month contract, and also trained thousands of Iraqi Military Special Forces. He states that he was the owner of BLP Training Australia and later BLP International. He claims in an Australian Newspaper report and on his curriculum vitae (cv) that he was a former Australian Infantry Officer and a member of the Queensland Police Force.
Over the years Parfitt has not held back on his "Official Secrets Oath" He has told colleagues that he was a former SASR operative from 1982 until 1984 during his Army Career. This is in conflict with his actual Regular Army Service of 1977 to 1982 where he spent all of his time in the Royal Australian Artillery and Royal Australian Corps of Miltary Police.
He claims that when he was in SASR, (1982-1984) he was a member of 4 Squadron, SASR. The Squadron was top secret until it was revealed in the Australian Media in 2013. Parfitt claims that the Australian Government told the media that 4 Squadron SASR had been established in 2006, but he states that this particular statement is not true. He claims that it had been established in 1980 and was based on Swan Island, Victoria, where it provided support to ASIS (Australian Security Intelligence Service) "and other things".
When questioned further regarding his statements, he replied that, "This info is really super dooper top secret and is probably something you should keep to yourself". He has stated that he is still under the "Official Secrets Act" about all this stuff and because of his secret service, he got a start later in the private operations sector in Iraq.
Well our "super dooper" SASR hero is in fact a fanciful fraud who has obviously duped a lot of people into believing his self serving rubbish.
We have been contacted by former Army associates of Parfitt who have reliably informed us that Parfitt enlisted in the Australian Army in 1977. Following Recruit Training he was posted to the School of Artillery, then to an Artillery Regiment and then Corps transferred to the Military Police. He left the Army in 1982 following an uneventful period of service.
In 1983 he joined the Australian Reserves and was posted to 1 MP Company and then to an Artillery Regiment. In 1985, he was discharged after failing to carry out efficient service.
He again somehow joined the ARES in late 1985 where was posted as a Private to an Infantry Reserve Unit in Brisbane and then North Queensland. He was then posted to the Royal Australian Army Pay Corps (RAAPC). He was again subsequently discharged failing to carry out efficient service in 1994.
Parfitt was never a member of the Special Air Service Regiment. All his SASR secret service rantings are a figment of his imagination.
He has never been a sworn member of the Queensland Police Force or a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Infantry Corps.
This wannabee has no operational service and his entire Army service in the Regular Army and Reserves could be classified as unexceptional. As a result of this exposure, Parfitt now has one more write up to include on his suspect cv.
Update. Bradley PARFITT.
When Bradley Parfitt came to our notice we were amused at his rantings of false secret "super dooper" SASR service and his reluctance to talk about it because of the "Official Secrets Act."
Particularly, as we discovered that he had no operational service whatsoever.
Since then Parfitt has threatened to sue Anzmi and he sent us a convoluted unsigned document that he obviously manufactured himself claiming it to be a genuine legal process. One glance at the document and you could tell that it was immature, unprofessional and "home made".
Parfitt then withdrew this threat, but has now again sent us the same ridiculous document.
Well we always maintain that the truth is the best defence that we can provide for any publication that we post on this site.
So much so that we now have further photographs of Parfitt wearing fake military medals and other documentation proving once and for all that he is a complete fool, a liar and a fraud.
We also have in our possession unsigned copies of Queensland Police letters that Parfitt has obviously manufactured and produced to an organisation he was affiliated with, in an attempt to verify his claim of Special Constable status within the Queensland Police Force. In these letters, he claims Special Constable status on two occasions from August, 1982 to December, 1982, and from December, 1982 until June, 1984.
Our advice is that these letters on Queensland Police Force letterheads were unofficial to enhance his status within a Queensland motor cycle club. We do not say that he was never a Special Constable for a short time. We maintain that the unsigned letters purporting to have come from the Queensland Police Commissioners Office that he produced are false and misleading.
As stated, we also have in our possession additional photographs of Parfitt exhibiting numerous military medals and other purchased "tin bling" that he is not entitled to wear.
The above medals have been identified from left to right as follows -;
1. Australian Active Service Medal with clasp. Not entitled. Purchased.
2. Iraq Medal. Not entitled. Purchased.
3. Jubilee Medal. Purchased commemorative.
4. 2002 Golden Jubilee QE2 medal. Purchased commemorative.
5. Centenary Medal 2001 with clasps. Purchased commemorative.
6. Regular Forces Medal. Purchased tin medal.
7. Citizens Military Forces Medal (CMF) Purchased tin medal.
8. Australian Security Medal. Purchased tin medal.
He is also wearing unauthorised ribands on his left chest. These are -;
1. Silver Star medal riband. (USA) not entitled. Purchased.
2. Bronze Star medal riband. (USA) not entitled. Purchased.
1. US Distinguished Service medal riband. Purchased.
2. US Combat Action Navy/Marine medal riband. Purchased.
3. Unknown medal riband Probably US award. Purchased.
Parfitt has no entitlement to any of the above awards. He has never been awarded one of them. He has purchased the entire set from the Internet or Medal Shops and had the medals Court Mounted.
Not only does he have total disrespect for genuine recipients of the AASM and the Iraq medal, he parades around wearing the US Silver Star and US Bronze Star ribands.
The US Silver Star is awarded for gallantry whilst in action against an enemy of the United States.
The US Bronze Star is awarded for a recipient distinguishing themselves with heroic or meritorious service whilst engaged in action against the enemy of the United States.
He even wears the 2001 Centenary Medal with "clasps"!! This medal does not come with clasps as it is a one off Centenary Medal. The "clasps" if genuine, would make him about 300 years old. Not real bright!.
The rest of his medals are just purchased commemorative tin that improve his unentitled rack. They do not require further comment.
He also wears the US Combat Action Navy Marine riband the wrong way around.
His peacetime Regular Army service and part time Army Reserve Force engagement, which culminated in his discharge from the Royal Australian Army Pay Corps (RAAPC), is remote from the medals and ribands that he embellishes himself with.
He is an imposter of the highest order.
In addition to his admitted false Special Air Service Regiment service, Parfitt describes himself on his c.v. among other feats of military greatness, to have experience in "long range recon" and "Senior N.C.O Weapons Instructor experience qualified through to 105 Howitzer."
We suggest that Parfitt should place his head in the barrel of one of his Howitzers and "pull the trigger".
His outright disrespect for all those service personnel who have genuinely been awarded the Australian Active Service Medal and Iraq medals is abhorrent. In addition, his improper wearing of undeserved US gallantry awards just confirms what an idiot and low life imposter Parfitt has developed into.
Parfitt is like a number of other false pretenders on this site. He threatens legal action when cornered, and continues to bluff and lie about his military service when in fact his entire service was very mundane to say the least. Comments posted about Parfitt from people who know him and recorded on our Facebook page paint his picture clearly.
He has committed offences by his manufacture of Police letters and wearing Australian military medals that he has no entitlement to. The relevant authorities will hopefully take these matters to the next level.
Parfitt has committed an offence against the Australian Defence Act 1903 as amended.
80B Improper use of Service Decorations.
1. A person is guilty of an offence if;
(a) The person wears a service decoration; and
(b) The person is not the person on whom the decoration was conferred.
Penalty. 30 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months or both.
In our original write up, we described Parfitt as a Grandstander. He is more than that. He is an outright fraud and a liar who has no credibility whatsoever.
Bradley Mark Parfitt Update 2.
Since our original exposure and update of Bradley Mark Parfitt, of Forest Lake, Brisbane, we have discovered further evidence that prove he is the total epitome of a liar and fraud when it comes to his manufactured military service.
Parfitt considers himself a bush lawyer. Regular visitors to Anzmi.net, may have noticed that the Parfitt disclosure was removed from our site for a period.
Parfitt attempted to have his lies and the photos of himself wearing unawarded medals and US bravery ribands concealed by attempting a legal manouvre to gain the initiative. His actions failed and backfired on him. He lost, Anzmi won!
This chap gets top billing, and for that, his photo with all his purchased medals and ribands will now grace our Home Page, Face Book page and Latest Cases page for a long time to come.
Since we initially exposed Parfitt, we have received a constant tirade of abuse from him, as he staunchly tries to defend his wearing of Australian Military medals and United States Army ribands that have not been awarded to him. Strangely though, he has never sent us any documentation to prove his entitlements to any medals that he wears. We are satisfied that he is probably entitled to the Australian Defence Medal for his Regular Army service and his Army Reserve Service where he was discharged from the RAAPC. (The Royal Australian Army Pay Corps in 1994.)
As stated, he did send us a convoluted unsigned home made legal document that obviously took him an entire weekend to compile, but only a few seconds for us to arrive at the conclusion that it was idiotic and childish before it was shredded and binned.
Following further investigation of Parfitt, we received a document from an informant who knew Parfitt, particularly his knowledge of when Parfitt was working as a Security guard in Iraq and the UAE. This document is obviously a Company Agreement that sets out its method of operations and most importantly it's personnel operatives. The document is geared for obtaining contracts from Governments, mainly the US and Iraq Governments, in regards to security work and other matters.
The extract below is from that document -:
As we alluded to in his initial exposures, Parfitt was never a member of the Special Air Services Regiment (SASR). He would not have lasted one hour of the first day of the selection process.
He describes himself above as an Executive Specialist in SASR for 15 years. His unremarkable record is disclosed in our initial writeup, and he was discharged as a part time Army Reserve Private in the Pay Corps in 1994 for "Failing to carry out efficient service." In other words, his services were no longer required.
One of the concerning things about this document is that there are two genuine former SASR operatives named as being involved in the Company. We will not name them here, but it is surprising that they would both allow Parfitt to claim the honour of the Regiment as an "Executive Specialist" when he is just a blatant fraud with unexceptional military service
Also in the document above, Parfitt claims that he held command positions within Australian State Police Forces in Special Emergency Response Teams and Counter Terrorist Squads. These claims are lies and he well knows it.
Parfitt, elsewhere, claims he had service in the Queensland State Police Force as a Special Constable when he left the Army from 1982 to 1984. This is the period he refers to in his forged Queensland Police letterhead documents mentioned in the previous update above.
With no disrespect to Special Constables, they are not sworn Police officers and they mainly carry out security duties on Police and Government Buildings and other security tasks in order for real Police to concentrate on crime investigation and other important duties. Just more lies from Parfitt.
The rest of his curriculum vitae (cv) above, respecting Instructor Apec, Urban Assault techniques and a Senior Instructor on the National Counter Terrorist Committee is just rubbish.
Parfitt lives in Fairyland. He is a deceitful imposter who tells lies whenever it suits the occasion.
Below is a submission to a Queensland Government Inquiry into banning outlawed motor cycle clubs -;
Parfitt submission into Legislative Requirements to ban outlawed motor cycle clubs.
I am a returned serviceman and also a Private Security Company owner in the
Global War on Terror. I watched men die in the name of FREEDOM. I held them in
my arms and cried. I had parts of their bodies blown all over me. Politician’s, please don’t say you “Know how I feel” because you don’t; unless you have been in combat and seen and felt it. I CHOOSE to associate with so called Outlaw Motorcycle Club members for many reasons – don’t take away my freedom – I think I have earnt it.
Parfitt was never a Returned Serviceman. He did not serve outside Australia in his time in the Regular Army or the Reserves. As far as being in combat, no comment required. Just more lies. The rest of it make up your own mind. He may have had a leaky fountain pen in the Pay Corps, but that would be the only angry shot he saw in his entire Army service. We are not being critical of the RAAPC here, just a former member.
In another submission to a Queensland Inquiry into the safety of Motor Bikes , Parfitt stated below,
HI VIZ VEST LAW 20
BRAD ON CONSPICUITY, VISUAL AND AUDIBLE
I have served in combat with Counter Terrorism Special Operations. There is an inescapable nexus between the visibility of something drawing the viewer towards it ie you see something out of the corner of your eye you will look at it ... where you look is where you steer. Hence, this clothing will increase the number of sideswipe crashes car v motorcycle.
Any reflective properties of any substance are negated if the surrounding light is of a higher measurement (eg A retro-reflector does not return light shone onto it exactly to the point of origin. Rather, it returns a cone of retro-reflective light towards the source of illumination)
This knowledge of reflection is a fundamental principle of camouflage that every soldier knows.
Parfitt loves to draw attention to his personal Global War on Terror. We have been reliably informed that Parfitt spent most of his time in an office in Dubai during his time as a Security Guard in the Middle East and only went to Iraq for the odd "photo shoot with gun in hand."
The below entry is a submission for entry to a motor cycle club after he had been refused entry to the Vietnam Veterans Motor Cycle Club (VVMC) due to the fact that he was not entitled to wear the Australian Active Service Medal (AASM) or the Australian Service Medal. (ASM)
Unfortunately many contractors who served three, four or five years in direct combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia , Libya etc didn’t receive an ASM or AASM during their 10, 15 or 20 years service in the Army (wasn’t enough wars and peace keeping actions around !) The Veterans / VVMC requirement for entry is the ASM or AASM and thats fair enough, its their Club. With respect; I think its time all Veterans acknowledged Contractors as not security guards (common misconception) but as battle hardened veterans who lost a hell of a lot of Brothers killed in action. Animosity needs to be put aside, we contractors are surely entitled to patch status and to stand side by side with the Veterans and VVMC. It is also high time the Patriots were recognised and honoured for their years and years of service to the country and granted patch status.
In the above statement, Parfitt considers himself a battled hardened veteran.
It is ironic that in the statement above he rightly states that civil contractors did not receive the "ASM or the AASM."
In our previous update, Parfitt is photographed illegally wearing the Australian Active Service Medal with one clasp next to the Iraq Medal and others on his left side. The clasp would no doubt be Iraq. As stated, none of the medals he wears or U.S ribands have been officially awarded to him.
The Anzmi website cases are read world wide. We regularly receive communications from Australian and overseas media organisations that request approval to publish our written exposures and photographs. . This is obviously due to copyright laws in different countries. We always accede to their requests and are delighted that others recognise and acknowledge the work that we do.
We gain satisfaction in knowing that there is media interest out there that think the same as we do, who are willing to expose imposters like Parfitt. Their published account of Parfitt is identical to our exposure and has gained him more deserved publicity overseas.
Below is further evidence that Parfitt is seriously lacking in any integrity whatsoever. In this article "Military talk with Brad Parfitt", he claims that inter alia,
"He delivered rapid training to members of the Australian Defence Force immediately prior to ADF inserting into Timor Leste and supplying the ADF with a suite of less than lethal options."
• About Brad Parfitt
About Brad Parfitt
Brad Parfitt served in the Australian Regular Army from January 1977 to December 82 followed by two periods of Army Reserve Service from March 83 – February 85, then August 85 to September 94.
During his reserve service he was posted to a number of units including 51 Bn, a Regional Force Surveillance unit and occupied establishment positions in support and administrative units as a holding pattern, when off shore in his civilian security work.
After Regular Army service, Brad became involved in both on and off shore security operations. The firm he was Director of provided security, paramedical, fire and rescue services in the mining industry with major contracts at Groote Eyland , Gove and Queensland Nickel in Australia. At this time his firm was also contracted to conduct the operational and security components of the Federal Governments gun buy back scheme in Queensland.
By the mid nineties Brad was soon recognised as a trouble shooter. He had become interested in less than lethal munitions and travelled extensively gaining qualifications and experience culminating in the firm he was a Director of delivering rapid training to members of the Australian Defense Force immediately prior to the ADF inserting into Timor Leste and supplying the ADF with a suite of less than lethal options.
As the world faced 9/11, Brad Parfitt was one of the early ‘old hands’ who started traveling into countries and providing short term services to various Government Departments. In ’03, Brad’s focus changed to Iraq and he commenced working to gain a permanent presence in the Middle East. He undertook some short term work and continued to gain knowledge of the complex battle space and actors
Parfitt certainly suffers from aggrandisement. One wonders what this country would be like if we did not have Parfitt out there defending our shores in the Global War on Terror.
The Australian Defence Force must be ecstatic having someone like Parfitt training their troops and supplying them "with a suite of less than lethal options." Glory be.
We repeat, it is an offence under the Defence Act 1903, to wear Australian Military medals that have not been awarded to you or claim to be a returned soldier, sailor or airman. Parfitt has blatantly committed offences under this act.
Hopefully, our next update will reveal forged letters with Queensland Police letterheads verifying that he was working as a Special Constable in the anti terrorist field for a short period of time. This matter is also under investigation. We will then look forward to the relevant authorities taking action against this imposter and that will be the last we, or anyone else hears about him.
Robert Timothy Parish is the President of the Port Stephens, New South Wales Naval Association he is another ex Service President who wears a self purchased "Tin" medal.
Notice that the medal on the far right of his rack is the infamous self purchased Australian Logistic Support Forces Medal.
Executives of ex Navy Associations have a penchant for "sneaking" in that extra medal or two. Parish has six legitimate medals, he wears seven, and the seventh makes him a medals cheat.
The HMAS Sydney and Logistic Support Veterans Association "flogs" this "Tin" medal for $60 through its web site. In addition it has other Commemorative medals for sale. In the "small print" there is a notice that says:
From the Webmaster: It is advisable that members do not wear commemorative medals alongside their awarded medals. Commemorative medals should be worn on your right breast.
Come on Navy, heed the warning, lift your game and be warned if you wear self purchased commemorative medals with your legitimate rack we will expose you as a medals cheat as we have with Robert Timothy Parish.
Sarah Parry served in the RAN as a male named Brian Arthur Parry from 10 Feb 1963 until he was discharged on 19 Oct 1967 as being "Permanently Unfit for Naval Service". During his service he travelled to Borneo and Vietnam and was awarded the General Service Medal and the Vietnam Logistic and Support Medal on aboard HMAS Vendetta as an Able Seaman, Quartermaster Gunner. Sarah is now the Master of the Hobart based re-enactment sailing vessel named "Windward Bound".
Notice the words attached to the above photograph. "Captain Sarah spent her early years as a member of the Royal Australian Navy Diving Team".
That is a lie
Sarah has upset the RAN Clearance Diver community by claiming to have been one of them during her time as a man in the Navy. Here are other quotes from media reports:
Parry did commence Clearance Divers course, 3A/1963 on 22 Jul 63, but did not pass the Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus (CABA) section. He was withdrawn as unsuitable on 6 Aug 63, therefore would not even have qualified as a Ships Diver, let alone being a member of the elite Clearance Diver Team.
Parry has allowed various media reports to publish that she was a Clearance Diver in the RAN. Clearance Divers are the Navy's version of the Army's Special Air Service (SAS) and are an elite group of highly skilled men. The Clearance Diver's Association are ever alert for those who falsely claim to be one of them.
Parry had uneventful RAN service of less than five years. She now has a moderate profile as the Captain of a replica Sailing Ship and has allowed incorrect descriptions of her Navy service to circulate. During her time as a man in the Navy she never served as an elite Clearance Diver because she was not able to complete the initial course.
Because she has allowed the fiction of her Navy service to continue she has earned a place on our web site.
Welcome aboard Sarah previously Brian Parry.
James Edward Patterson
It was always understood by other Sydney veterans who associated with Patterson that he was a Regular Army Engineer who served on two trips to Vietnam with 32 Small Ships Squadron. He said he made one of these trips on the Clive Steele and threw his awarded service medals overboard. He also claims to have served on HMAS Sydney on a voyage to Vietnam in 1966. There wasn’t a nominal roll available in those days so he was accepted by other veterans on face value.
We will disclose numerous occasions where Patterson claims to be a Vietnam Veteran, right up until May 2008 when, he had painted himself into a corner and was being hard pressed for proof of his claims.
“I served as a terminal operator on the HMAS Sydney (loading and unloading of the ship) was taken to Vietnam in 1966 under the command of a Major Fletcher (Terminal officer), We never disembarked from the ship..... and upon return I was utilised by Small ships as a supernumerary (topside) on the Clive Steele 1966”
“33/30 Port squadron loaded/unloaded HMAS Sydney both in Sydney and VungTau under the command of a Major Fletcher. We never disembarked from the ship as soon as unloaded we returned to Australia”
Major Bruce Fletcher did not travel to Vietnam on HMAS Sydney in 1966 or any other time. He traveled by air to Vietnam departing Sydney on the 19 April 1966, three days before HMAS Sydney left Australia. Major Fletcher remained in Vietnam until 17 June 1967.
Patterson further said.
“I wrote to CARO in September, 2007 asking why my name was not on the nominal roll etc I had given them all the particulars in my letter, I received a telephone call Christmas 2007 that they were investigating my claim, and would get back to me (so far nothing heard but who cares anyway.”
Jim says he contacted Central Army Records Office (CARO) in late 2007 asking why his name isn’t on the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) nominal roll, and an investigation is underway. He says he is gathering affidavits from men in the same situation as proof of the records omissions. These were men who served with 32 Small Ships. Other Army personnel posted to HMAS Sydney (as he claims to have been}, don’t seem to have this problem.
Here is a novel wannabe statement put into writing by Patterson. Can you imagine a military parade where counterfeit medals were handed out? It may sound OK to civilians but genuine veterans recognize Patterson’s stupidity.
“Just for your information and that of other I was presented with two medals at a passing out parade at HMAS Penguin, we noticed that the medals were not inscribed and we then told them to stick them if they couldn’t put our names on them, and if you want to look there are about 12 medals at the bottom of the Sydney harbour (opposite the ORs dry mess) where we threw them. “I’m not in the nominal roll either are other CMF personnel whom served on the ships”
Patterson was a contributor to an Internet Profile site. See below how he describes himself as “Vietnam Veteran Royal Australian Engineers RAE.” In addition although it is not our concern he also claims to be a “Retired Law enforcement Officer” that is another lie.
He also claimed to be a Vietnam Veteran on the USA Transport Vietnam Association web site, other genuine Australian Vietnam Veterans have been registered on this site. He listed his details as “Jim Patterson 32 Small Ships Squadron Royal Australian Engineers and 30 Terminal Squadron Royal Australian Engineers” that information is false. He was never a member of either of those units that served in Vietnam.
On a genealogy web site Patterson wrote the following:
Patterson did not serve in the Australian Regular Army (ARA) at any time in any capacity.
“RSA Badge”, appears to be a typographical error “RAS Badge” was intended? (Returned from Active Service Badge) he does not have one nor is he entitled to one.
We have Patterson’s full CMF pay records for the period he claims to have served in Vietnam. According to these records He was never transferred to CMF Full Time Duty and only ever received pay for CMF part time duty. We hold his complete pay record from 1965 to 1968, this is the period he claims to have served on ships servicing Australian Forces in Vietnam
Patterson has been an active participant in Veterans networks particularly that of Allen J Petersen. Here are examples of how he put himself forward as an old soldier and experienced veteran. His email address is “Aussisoljer” and he signs off as “Jim Patterson an Old Engineer” and also “30 Terminal Squadron and 32 Small Ships Squadron” Patterson was never posted to either of those units, he has inserted them to give the impression that he served with units that served in Vietnam. In this exchange he takes to task a genuine veteran

Subject: Re: TOUGH DECISION ?
I don't get into arguments but in this instance I want to assist George.
So he was a storeman with RAEME and the other guy was a platoon SASR soldier, bloody hell wonder where he got his equipment, his ammo, his rations, from??

Subject: Re SAS TRUST FUND..
I'm not a bleater, I'm a educated person, can you please explain to this poor little baggy arse Engineer where is the justice in one Regiment (SASR) being given $10 million for a trust fund whilst others are given scraps ?
In the emails above Patterson alludes to having made voyages to Borneo he says “Funny we did supply runs to Borneo saw shit but then we were Transportation and we flew our own ensign, but wait we not the B all to end all”
In the second example he says“he has seen a few Majors, Captains and Lieutenants out on patrol” thus inferring that he has been on operational service.
We have much more evidence of Patterson’s allusions of serving in Vietnam. Should the need arise it can be released.
Although in one of his emails he says “He is an educated person” it is clear that he is far from that, however like most wannabes he is rat cunning and relies on the vulnerability of honest people to believe him on face value. Also like other wannabes he lacks the in depth knowledge of how efficiently the Defence Force Operated and the extent of evidence available to counter rat cunning wannabes.
Patterson has not worn medals he is not entitled to (He claims to have thrown them away) he has fooled many people into believing he is a veteran of the Vietnam war. He is not a veteran he is an ex Citizens Military Forces soldier who had the opportunity to transfer to the Australian Regular Army and serve in Vietnam, he didn’t do that, he choose instead to pretend to be a veteran and bask in the kudos associated with that status, now he can suffer the consequences of his dishonesty and theft of honour by featuring on this web site where he belongs.
25 Jul 2009
A photograph of Patterson has come to light and has been inserted into our original exposure. Until now we had no evidence of Patterson wearing Vietnam war medals. He previously claimed to have thrown them away soon after they were presented to him, we assume, this dreamed up action, was some kind of "heroic" rebellion against the horrors of war.
We have now received conclusive evidence that Patterson has worn Vietnam Medals on ceremonial occasions. He again used the “I threw the medals away” after he was knocked back for an Australian Defence Medal. If you look closely at the photograph you can see he is wearing medals and also a Return from Active Service Badge (RASB). The RASB must belong to a genuine veteran and Patterson must have gone to deliberate and deceptive measures to obtain it
The photograph came with a report from a Veterans Group who interacted with and knew Patterson well.
Here is the report:
The bloke you have on your web site as James Edward Patterson is a bloke we, in the xxxxxxxx Vietnam Veterans Reunion area of NSW, know as Jim Patterson.
The Army Number on his Paysheet on your site is the same as we have recorded for him.
He came to notice as a possible wannabe in 2008 when we became aware that he had applied for the Australian Defence Medal and was rejected due to lack of records.
He became the subject of plenty of discussion at the reunion held in xxxxxxxxx in Nov 08 and a bloke from Sydney said that when this rejection was done he threw his medals (the ones he had worn to our reunions) into the harbour at Sydney. It was also mentioned that his membership to 32 Small Ships Sqn had been cancelled.
The we I mentioned are the Vietnam Veterans here in xxxxxxxxxxxx.
This is the second shock we have received. The first being mother Quick and now Jim Patterson - both known to many in the xxxxxxxxx and blokes that we just accepted as being Viet vets.
On the photo attached you can see he is wearing four medals, a returned from active service badge and a RSL Sub Branch badge. It was taken at the 2004 xxxxxxx Vietnam Veterans Reunion at Albury NSW.
If any further info comes to hand I'll let you know
Patterson must be shunned by all ex Service Organisations because by word and deed he is a wannabe who deliberately deceived his Veteran “mates”
Patterson has committed crimes against the Defence Act by wearing medals he is not entitled to wear. Although we continually expose and parade wannabes before law enforcement authorities they ignore our actions, apparently they have the audacity to believe that the honour of Veterans and the supreme sacrifice made by many of our kind are just not in the public interest. Such an attitude is a gross insult and unworthy of decent Australians.
ANZMI is committed to exposing frauds and impostors in the veteran community. Be an impostor at your own peril, eventually we will get you just as we have got Patterson and many others.

Update Patterson’s curse
Farmers are inflicted with the dreaded weed called Patterson’s curse. Veterans have a similar affliction and that is the curse of Jim Patterson the liar, fraud and wannabe. To say that Patterson is the fundamental orifice of a horse is to insult horses. He uses the email name and address of Aussisoljer@aol.com Like the weed Patterson’s curse, Jim Patterson is a worthless entity who fails to apologise for his offence and continues with his wannabe antics.
Aiding and abetting Patterson is a dill and failed soldier named Terry Westerway of Sydney. Westerway is a member of the Mad Galah organisation that is the shame of the Australian Veteran community. Have a look at the garbage that Westerway has written in relation to defending the unrepentant wannabe Patterson.
"From: Terry Westerway
Westerway is the self appointed legal eagle for the Mad Galahs he fills his email with legal mumbo jumbo, when the crux of the matter is -
Did Jim Patterson serve in Vietnam - The answer to that question is no.
Does Jim Patterson still claim to be a Vietnam Veteran - The answer to that question is yes.
Has he worn medals that he is not entitled to wear - The answer is yes.
Is there evidence to prove this - The answer is yes, see the photo on the original entry.
Mad Galahs and Terry Westerway in particular should be despised by decent veterans for the irrational support of wannabe scum like Jim Patterson. There is only one thing lower than a wannabe and that is a person who supports a wannabe.
After being exposed as a liar, cheat and wannabe Patterson ducked his head and shut up for a few months, but now this noxious weed is attempting a come back through his good mates the Mad Galahs who just love liars and cheats like Jim Patterson.
In April and July 2009 we presented overwhelming evidence of Patterson’s offences against veterans integrity. Patterson is an ex part time soldier who never left Australian shores but has for years claimed to be a Vietnam Veteran.
The only place this mongrel can find a friend in the veteran community is with the Mad Galahs who attract odd balls and misfits like moths to a candle. Surely they must see, that like some of their other members who also appear on our pages, Patterson is persona non gratia, as far as veterans are concerned.
As a result of our previous Patterson update, Patterson had the audacity to act the hurt innocent and to threaten to sue a real veteran for telling the truth about him. Read what he had to say in the two emails shown below.
His threats of legal action are typical of wannabes and should be taken with a grain of salt, he is a proven liar and any Judge would probably declare him a vexatious litigant if he tried it on.
Some good advice to Patterson is – Do not continue to offend the veteran community with your presence, nick off, you are not a veteran and you are not welcome in the veteran community.

Subject: Mad galahs membership..
Allen, Could you get the secretary to please forward to me a membership form of this organisation, as I have just read on the avm website list number 61 of the 10 October, 2009 that I am a member but never joined, and I deem that most inappropriate and apologise for not joining earlier. I do look forward to receiving my full engraved "Mad Galah" badge etc.
I think Phil Moon, Harry Kirkman, and Noel Muller would also like forms as they to were mentioned.
Seems I get membership for outing one of there members or because I wrote and expressed in open forum (which I still believe is correct in this country but not if you do so anonymously) my opinions and I have threatened the dread word "legal action" and being posted on the anzmi site.
I do hope it like the Freemasons (which I am a member by the way) which I enjoy and follow the teachings. (see I have nothing to hide and have papers to prove this also).

Subject:xxxxxxxxxxxxxx NSW apology
I have copied this email to others like you did when you answered the ANZMI website without consultation to me prior to putting pen to paper and they have my permission if they need to reprint and distribute.
I wrote to you on the 11th September, and you replied on the 15th September, 2009 that you had sent all relevant paperwork to ANZMI and your "Legal representatives" I have had no correspondence from any party on your behalf to date.
You advised that what you wrote to others was factual and correct , which I advised you was incorrect. you have made no intention of withdrawing these remarks as per your email of the 15th September, 2009
I have made a record of interview with the appropriate authorities and shown them all the relevant paperwork which they find very interesting with regard to your comments, as has been proved to you by my email of the 11th September, 2009.
As I have no need to be interviewed further by any statutory body as to words written by you about me to others and posted on a website and the emails your wrote to others advising them to check out a website and the "Subject of discussion" you had with others about me without my input in November, 2008 at a meeting of the Riverina Vietnam Veterans reunion held in xxxxxxxxx NSW of the weekend in November, 2008 which I was not in attendance.
As you seem that you do not need to apologise to me please advise by the 22nd October, 2009 your "Legal representatives" so I can institute legal proceedings against you for the remarks and statements you have written.
As you decline to apologise for the inept actions on your behalf you leave me no alternative as you have taken it upon yourself to agree with anonymous persons writings and "VET FROM SYDNEY" lies without checking the facts before putting pen to paper, and by your words you instigated by word of mouth to others.
I am requesting that this email be posted upon any website that others may deem necessary because you wrote without any checks being made in support of distorted facts written by xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to ANZMI
I would also like it to be known that the person known as xxxxxx xxxxxx is also know as "xxxxxxxxxx" and because he is known throughout the Riverina area, and resides in XXXXXXXX NSW, and is a supporter of ANZMI if not a member of this websites forum.
xxxxxxx you have till the 22nd October, 2009 to apologise and advise what you were told and read was in fact untrue by the persons whom told these matters to you .
I have nothing to hide my life is an open book, I'm told I'm "uneducated by others on the anzmi website" which you also agreed with because you advised that "they check everything out prior to printing" but can assure you my integrity, self respect, honesty and some of the material was obtained illegally, not as advised that obtained under the Freedom of Information Act.
I have also obtained from my old school (private) and my certificates from various government bodies as to my "uneducated" status which will prove that I am not that way inclined.

Update James E Patterson
The Veteran community announces that James E Patterson is the epitome of a despicable liar, fraud and recidivist wannabe.
Despite being comprehensively exposed, he is still pretending to be a Vietnam Veteran to anyone who will listen.
ANZMI tentacles are wide and relentless.
In 2009 Patterson visited London, where he met a genuine USA Vietnam Veteran. Patterson convinced this veteran that he was also Vietnam Veteran.
In September 2012, the USA Veteran wrote to another USA Veteran and subsequently questioned Patterson about the ANZMI exposure he had found.
"and delight we ran into an Australian (James E Patterson) and his wife who were on vacation...during the course of conversation we found out that we were both Vietnam Veterans...he told me that he was well acquainted with the 135thAHC and that he knew some of the Aussies and US pilots...and that he was an engineer with the 30 Terminal Squadron and made several trip trips to Vietnam...we exchanged emails and I promptly lost his in a pile of brochures and just found it the other day...I emailed him and received a warm reply where he told me that he and his wife just returned from a trip to the USA...I looked up his unit for the fun of it and was directed to this link http://www.anzmi.net/patterson/patterson.html”
The USA veteran contacted Patterson in September 2012 as shown below:
“Morning Jim...ANZMI...tell me it ain't you, brother”
In September 2012 Patterson further wrote:
You can always tell when Patterson is lying because his lips are moving.
Patterson claims to have no knowledge of ANZMI. We have had direct contact with him on numerous occasions.
Patterson deliberately lies about Christopher Brandon Cramer (now deceased) Cramer was a genuine Veteran who helped expose Patterson and despicable untrue accusations against Cramer are all part of Patterson’s evil twisted personality.
Patterson finally says:
“those that know me know what I did and that is all that matters to me and the respect I get from them”
The only friends that Patterson has are those, who he still has fooled, like the Australian mob who call themselves “The Mad Galahs” Patterson fits well into that band of misfits, wannabes and conspiracy theorists.
This Patterson update should send the message that wannabes are despised all over the world by veterans of all nationalities.
We will keep a worldwide watch on Patterson until he realizes that any tours he may have had to Vietnam during the war are all dreams.

Update James Edward Patterson - 6 October 2012
James Edward Patterson has a fervent supporter, in the form of a "civil investigator" and military conspiracy “expert” named Terence Howard Westerway of Sydney, New South Wales.
Westerway asserts there was a deliberate conspiracy to secretly and illegally send Citizens Military Forces (CMF) personnel to Vietnam, and that James Patterson was one of those secretly sent.
Westerway was an ill disciplined Gunner (Private soldier) in the Royal Australian Artillery Corps who enlisted in 1964 and was sacked in 1967.
Westerway is a fool’s fool and that is apparent from his incredibly stupid email in support of Patterson.
To this day Patterson insists that he is a Vietnam Veteran. As long as there are fools around like Westerway, Patterson will continue to live a disgusting lie.
Read below what was written by Terence Howard Westerway on 16 Sep 2012 in support of liar, fraud and wannabe James Edward Patterson.
Irrelevant first paragraph deleted.
Westerway’s email displays a pathetic ignorance of how the Defence Force operates. Veterans will recognize this, and treat him and Patterson, his wannabe mate, with the contempt they deserve.

David John Pedlow - An ex Royal Australian Engineer, a current liar and wannabe.
Learning that a “Veteran mate” has been lying to your face is a gut wrenching experience and those who have been lied to feel betrayed and disparaged.
We hold Statutory Declarations from numerous veterans who have declared that Pedlow told them that he was a Vietnam Veteran who had been wounded in action. We have other statements from reliable sources detailing that Pedlow said he was receiving a pension of $2,000 a fortnight following a lump sum payment of $75,000 from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Pedlow served in the Australian Regular Army for a period of three years from 25 May 1966 to 26 June 1969 during that service he was employed as a driver in Royal Australian Engineer Units and he never left Australia.
He enlisted on 25 May 1966 as shown in this document.
He was posted to Royal Australian Engineer units - in Australia only, as shown below.
He was discharged on the 26 June 1969. On discharge he elected to be placed on the Australian Regular Army Reserve, Eastern Command for five years. This was an inactive list of discharged soldiers who could be recalled in an emergency.
Pedlow did not serve in South Vietnam, nor was he wounded in action, nor does he receive a pension relating to service in South Vietnam. From the number of reports we have received he is in the habit of claiming to be a returned veteran, unfortunately for him his lies have now caught up with him and he is one of the chosen few who now grace our web site.
Veterans will not tolerate Wannabes who steal their honour. Unfortunately, despite presenting sufficient evidence, to at least set law enforcement agencies on the right path, they have no interest in the hurt perpetrated on veterans by Wannabes. In the United States Wannabes are investigated by the FBI and harshly dealt with by the courts. Australian Veterans live in the hope that one day law enforcement agencies, particularly Australian Federal Police will enforce the provisions of the Defence Act 1903 where Wannabes are eligible for up to six months jail and a fine of $3,300 or both.
Pedlow, like all suspected wannabes, was given the opportunity to explain his behaviour, however he failed to respond to our letter.
Whilst Wannabes may not be actively pursued by law enforcement agencies ANZMI is determined to rid the Veteran community of this scourge. Veterans everywhere are urged to remain vigilant and report suspects to ANZMI.
Wannabes, just like Napoleon Bonaparte, will meet their Waterloo and details of their crime will be broadcast to the world on our web site.
